Ninjutsu:

She is very good at it but in her early years she barely could control her chakra usage and ended up knocking herself out.

She uses mainly medical ninjutsu, being able to help the others and thus she attended to become a doctor and help around.

Childhood:

Yume had a normal childhood, being raised by both her parents along with her grandmother when her parents were out during missions.

She was quite a loner during childhood since she was too shy to go and make friends on her own.

Genin days:

Yume’s days as a genin were tiresome but she was always thankful for being able to learn more and more for herself.

Chuunin days:

Chuunin's days were the most fun ones for Yume, she started talking with more people, became really good friends with Hinata.

Jounin days:

Yume was quite sad since school time was off and she soon wouldn’t be able to see her friends that much anymore but she was really grateful to the teacher, wanting to put everything to use 

as fast as she could.

Time skip/Shippuuden:

She started helping around the family restaurant with her mother and grandmother.

War Arc:

Their dream inside the genjutsu was losing her parents, her friends being killed in front of her, water all over her, being unable to breathe out, and basically drowning into nothingness before she blanked out.

The Last:

She got promoted and moved to help into the Anbu. Quit her job at the family restaurant and mainly focused on helping around the hospital when she wasn’t in missions.

Epilogue/Chapter 700+:

She started dating, focusing more on finding that special someone to grow old with. So far no luck since most of the relations didn’t last more than five months at max.
